Social Security:
All the enterprises carrying on in business in the TRNC are required to pay social insurance premiums on behalf of their employees.The Social Insurance contributions (premiums) are made of two parts.One is the contribution of the employees which is deducted from employees salaries and the other one is the contribution by the employer which is not deducted from the employees salaries and contributed directly by the employer.
Our firm provides services regarding the social insurance upon the request of enterprises. In this respect we provide:
- Registration of the employer with the Social Security Depertment
- Registration of new employees with the Social Security Department
- Calculation of Social Insurance premiums
- Submissision of documents to Social Security Department of to the employee leaving the enterprise.
Provident Fund:
Enterprises which are carrying on in business in the TRNC are required to pay Provident Fund premium on behalf of their employees.Provident Fund contributions (premiums) are made up of two parts. One is the contribution of the employee which is deducted from employees salaries end the other one is the contribution by the employer.
Our firm provide services regarding Provident Fund upon the request of enterprises. In this respect we provide:
- Registration of the employer with Provident Fund Department
- Registration of new employees with Provident Fund Department
- Calculation of Provident Fund premium
- Submission of documents to Provident Fund Department of the employee leaving the enterprise.
Work Permits:
D.K. Deniz & Co. provide services for the enterprises,which employ foreign nationals who require residence and work permits. Our experienced staff assist the enterprises in getting the work permit and provide advice on residence and work permit issues.
Services provided in respect of residence and work permit include:
a) In the event of the application and follow up of the application is carried out by the enterprise, we can provide professional advice to these enterprises as to how the application and the procedures are followed.
b) If required ,our firm carry out the application and follow up procedures for residence and work permits on behalf of the enterprises.
