PRESS RELEASE BY THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND SOCIAL SECURITY REGARDING ENTRY PERMITS OF FOREIGN EMPLOYEES

The Board of Directors of the Central Bank of the TRNC has decided on the agenda stated below in the meeting held on the 29th September 2022 which was published in the Official Gazette on the 24 th October 2022 as below.

It has been announced by the Mİnistry of Labour and Social Security that as from 07 November 2022 no application for entry permits of foreign employees will be accepted.

Those citizens of foreign countries (foreign nationals) who are waiting for the extension of work permits have to apply to the Minitry of Interior within 90 days as from the date of this decision (07.11.2022) to be elligible for extension.
